REGISTRATION

Process:

Students: contact your local church office for their requirements and to complete any required paperwork.

Church groups secure your own lodging and transportation. Collect and process all of your student forms and send in the group registration sheet by the deadline.

Deadline:

Group Registrations Due October 23, 2009
Registrations received before October 23 are discounted to $40.00 per person.
All student registrations will be charged at the full $50.00 rate after October 23rd.
Leaders are charged at $40.00 regardless of the date they register.
Groups will receive one free leader for every $500.00 of paid registrations.

Each registration carries a $20 non-refundable deposit.

Are you a student registered for youth convention?
Did you complete your 21 Days After Camp Journal?
If you answered “YES” to both questions we’ll cover the registration fee for a first-time friend you bring!!!

AIM El Salvador Complimentary Registration

Did you go to El Salvador with the SD AIM team this Summer?
If you answered “YES” to this question, you receive a complimentary registration!!!

Did you complete your 21 Days After Camp Journal?
Did you Attend AIM El Salvador this year?
If you answered “YES” to all three above questions you receive a complimentary registration AND we’ll cover the cost of a registration for a first-time friend you bring!!!

NOTE

Complimentary registrations must be used the the person earning it. All first-time complimentary registrations must be accompanied by another paying student (AIM Participant exception).
