REGISTRATION

Step 1: Church Groups Make your lodging reservations and record your confirmation number.

Step 2: Collect and process all of your student forms and send in the group registration sheet by the deadline.


Registration Rate with Maximum Discounts: $50

- $10 Early bird discount (register before November 4th)
- $15 Ramkota Confirmation (stay at the Ramkota to qualify for this discount*

Each registration carries a $20 non-refundable deposit.

DEALS & DISCOUNTS

Friend Registration Scholarship

We provide $50 scholarships for first time guests of the youth convention. The following two criteria must be met in order to qualify.

1. The student redeeming the $50 scholarship must be a first time attendee of the youth convention.
2. They must be invited by a member of your youth ministry who is registered for youth convention and A) has completed their 21 Days After Camp journal from camp this summer, and/or B) is currently an active Campus Missionary**
NOTE: This is a 1:1 scholarship meaning for every scholarship you utilize you must have a fully paid/attending student.

Ramkota Confirmation Number Discount

When your group stays at the Ramkota Convention center your entire group qualifies for a $15.00 discount off of the $75 registration fee. To qualify, please call (605) 336-0650 and make your reservations in the SD Youth Convention block and record your confirmation numbers on the group registration form.

*If the group decides to release the rooms for their students and stay at an alternate location the $15 per person discount will be charged to the church.

**Active Campus Missionary is a student who has registered for the current school year as a Campus Missionary, is living the 5 commitments of a campus missionary (to the best of their abilities), and is completing monthly accountability reports.
