Reservation Process: Group leaders should send their reservation request after September 1 to Kathy. You will need to provide the number of rooms and basic contact information. Groups are allowed to place more than four people into a room - however roll-a-way beds are not guaranteed for all groups. Kathy will contact you after your email has been received to place a credit card hold on your block of rooms.

All rooms will be charged Monday prior to arrival at convention. Unneeded rooms should be released two weeks prior to convention.
